    Structure

    This voltage transformer is single phase three-winding type, with column iron core, its body is fixed on the case cover in square oil tank. Winding outgoing line was lead through HV and LV insulator separately, HV insulator is equipped with oil conservator on the top, and primary terminal (A side) is on the oil conservator. Oil tank and insulator are filled with transformer oil, and it is paper oil insulation structure. There is oil resistant rubber diaphragm in the oil conservator to isolate the product and air. Oil conservator is equipped with oil level indicator. Oil drain valve is installed on the bottom of oil tank, and fixed installation hole on the oil tank baseboard.

Due to the product having graded insulation, the power frequency withstand voltage test can only be replaced by frequency doubling test voltage. The experiment involves grounding the N terminal and applying voltage from the secondary winding to ground the A terminal, inducing the rated test voltage value.
