◆ Both the high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) coils are made from copper conductors reinforced with glass fiber. The resin is dried and cast under high vacuum conditions, forming a solid cylinder after solidification, which provides exceptional mechanical strength and a robust capacity to withstand short circuits. With minimized partial discharge, our transformers exhibit high reliability and an extended service life, making them an ideal choice for various applications.

    General Features

    Flameproof & Safe

    Flameproof, explosion resistant, no pollution to environment. Adopting imported epoxy resin and glass fiber compound insulation materials, heat conduction coefficient and flameproof ability is greatly improved. No toxic or harmful gas produced under high heat.

    Moisture Resistant

    The coils could not absorb moist. The core clamp is coated with special anti-corrosive material. It can work under severe conditions without requiring moist-release-treatment on interval running.

    High Impulse Level

    Short circuit resistant, high lightning impulse level, ensuring high reliability and stability under electrical stress.

    Heat Dissipation

    Good heat dissipating due to thin resin coating. Normally adopts natural air cooling (AN). Can be fitted with fan cooling system (AF) to improve short time overload ability.
