    General

    The prefabricated substation has the characteristic of high integration, compact structure, small footprint safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance and mobility. Compared with conventional (Civil) substations, the area of prefabricated (box) substations with the same capacity is usually only 1/10-1/5 of that of conventional substations, which greatly reduces the design workload and construction quantities and saves the construction cost. In the distribution system, it can be used in ring network distribution system, dual power supply or radial terminal distribution system. It is a new complete set of equipment for the construction and transformation of urban and rural substations.
    ZBW series prefabricated substation meets requirements of IEC62271-202: 2014.

    Structure

    This product is combined with HV unit, transformer unit and LV unit, with three function compartments, that is HV compartment, transformer compartment and LV compartment. The HV/LV compartment has complete functions, and the primary power supply system at HV side can be arranged in various power supply modes, such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply and so on. Also, it can be equipped with HV measuring components to meet requirements of HV measuring, and low loss oil immersed transformer or dry type transformer can be selected; according to the requirements of users, the LV compartment can adopt panel or cabinet type structure to consist power supply scheme required by users, including multiple functions, such as power distribution electric, lighting power distribution, reactive power compensation, energy measurement, electrical measurement, etc. to meet different requirements of users, convenient for power supply management and improve power supply quality.
    The HV compartment has compact and optimized structure with comprehensive anti-misoperation interlocking function. When required by users, the transformer can be equipped with rail to facilitate access from the doors on both sides of the transformer compartment. Each compartment has automatic lighting device. In addition, all components selected for HV/LV switchgear have reliable performance and convenient operation, so as that the product can operate safely and reliability and maintain conveniently.
    Natural ventilation and forced ventilation can be adopted. Ventilation facilities can be equipped in transformer compartment, HV/LV compartment. Generally, when the temperature reaches the setting value, the ventilation facilities will be opened automatically to ensure the equipment can be operated normally.
    The substation structure has reasonable design and elegant appearance, made with high-quality materials, with excellent surface treatment technology, good anti-corrosion, waterproof and dust-proof performance and long service life.
