    Uses

    It is mainly used for 10/0.4KV, 50Hz/60Hz power distribution systems, the rated capacity of transformers is 50-1600kVA, widely applicable to outdoor power supply locations such as cities, residential areas, factories and mines, hotels, hospitals, parks, oil fields, airports, docks, railways, and temporary facilities.
    The pad mounted transformer can be used in both ring network power distribution systems and as terminal power supply for radial power grids.

    b. Environmental temperature range: not higher than +40 ℃; Not lower than -40 ℃
    c. Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%;
    monthly average not exceeding 90%;

    e. Installation location: Installed in a place without fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration.

    Structure

    • The product is divided into three main parts: transformer chamber, high voltage chamber, and low voltage chamber.
    • The performance of the transformer complies with S13 or S11-M type transformers.
    • The high-voltage side is protected by a V-shaped or T-shaped load switch and a two pole fuse. The current limiting fuse is used for line protection and has a large breaking capacity. The plug-in fuse is used to protect the secondary side overload and short circuit of the transformer.
    • The load switch and fuse are installed in the transformer chamber, using the insulation liquid of the transformer as the insulation medium and heat dissipation medium.
    • The incoming line on the high-voltage side adopts high-voltage cable plugs, and the high-voltage room is fully insulated.
    • The low-voltage side of conventional products adopts direct output. According to user requirements, low-voltage metering and branch out lines can be added.
    • The box body adopts steel plate welding, corrugated sheet heat dissipation on three sides, fully sealed structure, treated with special technology, strong anti-corrosion ability, and beautiful appearance.
    • The high voltage chamber and low voltage chamber are isolated. The operable components in the high voltage chamber include load switches, transformer tap changers, high voltage incoming plugs, and plug-in fuses.
    • The box is equipped with: oil level thermometer, oil level gauge, pressure relief valve, oil drain valve, and oil sample valve. Low voltage output terminals and low-voltage metering systems equipped according to user requirements.
