Detail introduction
This substation is mainly used to immediately replace all or part of a conventional substation in emergency situations and restore power supply; It can be put into operation during high load seasons or times to solve the problem of insufficient power supply capacity in a region; In some areas where the demand for electricity is increasing and exceeds the pre layout of power construction, substations can be put into operation as temporary substations to solve the problem of power shortage; And areas where permanent substation construction plans are interrupted due to funding shortages or other reasons.
Vehicle mounted substations have the characteristics of convenient transportation, complete equipment, flexibility and reliability, saving the cost of land acquisition, civil engineering and equipment installation, and improving the reliability of power supply in the power system.
Structure Features
● This substation has all functions of common substation; when the substation arrived at spot, you just need to connect output and input cable. In general, the substation can be put into operation as soon as arrived at spot.
● The substation is composed of HV part, main transformer and LV switch chamber. HV switch adopts ZF10-145 (L) produced by Ningbo Tianan as main switch. In the LV switch chamber, there has LV side switchgear, control power supply and control protection equipment. If needed, install them on one or many semi-trailer with opening, and the HV side equipment is generally set back of trailer to provide capacious room for incoming.
● Consideration of affection from moving the substation frequently to vehicle-borne equipment, shock absorption mat is set between equipment and base frame. If the equipment is cantilever structure, there is a temporary support bar for transport. In addition, all of connecting wires among each part of primary circuit adopt flexible joint. In order to reduce workload of spot assembly and test, secondary circuit connecting wires among the equipments which are on semi-trailer adopt plug-socket connection.
● Primary winch and secondary winch are prepared on the vehicle. The winches have rainproof cover to prevent damping cable.
● Ladder is prepared too on the vehicle for operator or maintenance personnel. The ladder is movable and convenient to install and disassembly.
● The substation is equipped with outside & inside illumination device and fire protection device. Except the normal illumination, it also has illumination equipment for meeting an emergency.
● Enclosure of LV switch chamber is three-layer heat preservation structure. In the LV switch chamber, air-conditioner is installed and turned on or turned off according to the change of season. When it is turned on, the doors for natural ventilation shall be closed.
● Operation access and maintenance access are designed in the LV switch chamber. If adopts middle-installed switchgear, fixation measure for coupling plate vehicle is mounted.
● In the LV switch chamber, storage battery for DC power supply adopts totally sealed product to reduce discharge of caustic gas.
● All secondary connecting wires between screen and cabinet in the LV switch chamber are fixed on top cabinet.
● When turn on the door for natural ventilation, protection grade of enclosure of the substation reaches to IP23; when turn off the door, the protection grade can reach to IP43.
● Each trailer has continuous and complete earthing copper busbar which extend to trailer stern from trailer head, two ends of the earthing copper busbar have two independent earthing points at least and can connect with earthing net. The diameter of bolts used on earthing point shall be not less than M12 and mark earthing symbol near the earthing point.
● Protection equipment adopts substation integration automatic equipment.
