GW4-126 High Voltage Disconnect Switch

GW4-126 series outdoor AC High voltage disconnect switch (disconnect switch for short) is designed for breaking or closing circuits in a 110KV power system with a rated frequency 50/60Hz, specifically under no-load condition. Within this series, the anti-pollution disconnect switch is tailored to meet the needs of customers in heavily polluted areas, effectively addressing operational pollution issues.

    c. Wind speed: ≤34m/s;
    d.Earthquake intensity under 8 degree;
    e.Ice cover thickness: ≤10mm;
    f.Anti-pollution series suitable for heavy pollution area (pollution level is Ⅲ);
    g.Not suitable for Inflammable matter, explosion hazard, chemistry corrosion and fierce vibration place;

    Structure and principle of work

    ● Disconnect switch main body
    The disconnect switch is tow poles rotary system, be made up of bottom shelf, supporting insulator, electric conduction system, earthing switch(except without earthing ) and transmission system.

    a. Bottom shelf: it’s a steel trough, both sides of bottom shelf are installed axletree seat, in which is installed tow circular cone roller bearings, insure the lever which on the bearing seat could running agile. One side or both sides of the bottom shelf weld earthing switch support seat, prepare install earthing switch. Disconnect switch include without earthing, single earthing and double earthing three styles.

    b. Supporting insulator: each electrode has tow poles, according to using condition divides into normal style, anti-pollution style and altiplano style three styles. Bottom of the supporting insulator is fixed on rotation board which on the top of axletree seat, top of the supporting insulator is fixed main electric conduction part.

    c. Electric conduction system: Electric conduction is fixed on the top of supporting insulator, main knife switch is Divided into two half, contact part in the middle, when contact part closing the columned contact inset two contact fingers. Structure of 630A and 1250A are selfsame, only section of electric conduction pole and surface preparation have differences.

    d. Earthing switch: earth knife is installed on the bottom seat rotation axis. Static contact is installed on the electric conduction pole of main electric conduction system, between earthing switch of CS14G mechanism and disconnect switch have mechanical interlock, which can insure the sequence of main body disconnect-earthing close, earthing disconnect-main body close. earthing switch divides into Ⅰstyle(single earthing) and Ⅱstyle(double earthing).

    e. Transmission system: this disconnect switch provide CS14G mechanism, the operation is that manual mechanism to drive the middle of bottom seat rotation axis rotate 180 degree, to drive one side of the supporting insulator (be installed on the rotation lever ) rotate 90 degree, and make another supporting insulator contrarotation 90 degree, at this time two knives switch disconnect or close to match toward a side. when the earthing switch operation mechanism disconnect or close, recur to the transmission shaft and level connecting-rod to make earthing switch rotation axis rotate one angle. Because of there are fan plate and curl plate which is fixed on knob insulator make up of interlock on the earthing switch, and insure the sequence of main body disconnect-earthing close-earthing disconnect-earthing close.
    Disconnect switch made into one pole form, can composition 3 poles linkage by between poles connecting. (Drawing 1)

    ● Operation mechanism
    Disconnect switch provide CS14G manual mechanism, without earthing provide one, single earthing provide two, double earthing provide three.
    CS14G manual mechanism(picture 4) main make up of base hand handle and auxiliary switch, auxiliary switch have 4 level and 8 level two standards, separate to two couples or four couples frequently close and frequently open for supplying linkage and signal. According to the customer request, when provide the manual mechanism could also add electromagnetism lock, which supply as an accessory. While installing customer could add the lock on the top of manual mechanism by himself, prevent of wrong operation.
