The GZDW series direct-current power supply cabinet is widely used in electrical equipment such as large, medium, and small power stations and substations in the power system, as well as secondary circuit relay protection devices.     Detail introduction

    The product uses high-frequency switching power module or phase controlled rectifier device as a charging float charging device. GZDW has the characteristics of advanced technical indicators, low maintenance, high efficiency and small size, etc. It intelligently manages battery charging, float charging, and DC power supply working conditions to ensure the service life of batteries. Products equipped with microcomputer controllers (PLC controllers or micro controllers) also have remote control functions, which improve the reliability and automation level of DC systems.

    ● Installation site: indoor installation (can also be installed in the box type substation);
    ● Ambient temperature: -10℃ - + 40℃, the daily average temperature is not higher than 35 ℃;
    ● Altitude: ≤2000m;
    ● Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90% (20℃);
    ● The product should be mounted vertically, tilt ≤5°; 
    ● Pollution level ≤ 3, no conductive particles in the environment, no explosive media, no harmful gases that corrode or damage insulation, no strong magnetic field interference, and the installation site has good air flow and heat dissipation conditions;
    ● The seismic intensity is less than 8, and the installation site is free from severe vibration and impact;
    ● There is no strong electromagnetic interference, and the external magnetic field induction strength shall not exceed 0.5 Mt;
    ● The AC input voltage is a sine wave, with non-sinusoidal content not exceeding 10%.;
    ● The three-phase voltage asymmetry of the AC input voltage shall not exceed 5%.

    Working principle

    Programmable logic controllers (PLC) or micro controllers can be used as the central execution equipment for the DC power supply cabinet microcomputer monitoring system to comprehensively monitor the operation status of the DC panel, achieving comprehensive control of the system, battery charging and discharging management, battery inspection, bus voltage regulation, and other functions. It also has functions such as parameter setting, data acquisition, operation command setting, alarm, networking, and remote communication (typical configuration: RS485 communication interface, Modbus communication protocol) to ensure safety, reliability, and stability.

    ● Main charging state: Main charging refers to the constant current charging of the battery by the device with a set "charging current". When the voltage rises to the set value of the average charging voltage, the device automatically switches to constant voltage charging state, and the main charging ends at this time. This state is mainly used for battery activation and initial charging.

    ● Uniform Charging State: Uniform charging is when the charging voltage of the device rises to the "Uniform Charging Voltage" value, and the device automatically switches to constant voltage charging. The constant voltage value is the set "Uniform Charging Voltage" value. When the charging current gradually decreases to a certain value, the device will automatically switch to float charging state when the equalization time reaches, so the equalization charging state has a constant voltage current limiting function.

    ● Float charging state: Float charging is a device that charges the battery at a constant voltage in a constant voltage manner, so that the battery is always near full capacity. Floating charging is the long-term working state of a floating charging device, which mainly supplies the working current of normal relays, signals, and control circuits, compensates for the energy loss caused by battery self discharge, and also supplies power to DC loads.
