MNS Low Voltage Switchgear from China Suppliers - High-Quality Factory Solutions for Power Distribution and Control
Advantages
The electrical structure of the MNS switchgear is designed with a modular concept, and the switchgear frame structure offers high flexibility. Various electrical components can be installed inside the switchgear to meet different application requirements and to achieve the corresponding protection levels for different working environments. It can be selected as a new type of low-voltage switchgear by users.
Compared with traditional products, the MNS cabinet has the following advantages:
- Standardized and modular design for the entire series.
- The switchgear can be designed with different protection levels according to the working and environmental requirements.
- Different types of functional components can be freely installed in the same switchgear, such as fixed components and withdrawable components.
- Compact structure that saves space inside the switchgear.
- The distribution circuit layout is economical and the installation density is high.
- The switchgear can be arranged back-to-back.
- Equipment updates and improvements are convenient.
- The equipment has high reliability and continuity in operation.
- Fully guarantee the personal safety of operators.
Standards
- IEC61439-2 "Low voltage switchgear and control equipment"
- GBIT7251.12 "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment"
- GBIT24274 "Low voltage withdrawable switchgear and control equipment"
Type and meaning
Service conditions
a. Installation position:
MNS switchgear is a complete electrical equipment installed indoors. When the protection level reaches IP54, it can operate under other working conditions.
b. Ambient temperature and relative humidity:
The upper limit of ambient temperature is 40 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not higher than 35 ℃; The lower limit of ambient temperature is -5 ℃. When the equipment is used under conditions higher than the above ambient temperature, it should be operated at reduced capacity.
The air is clean, and the relative humidity should not exceed 50% at 40 ℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at 20 ℃). In cases where condensation may occur, ventilation or heating measures can be used in the switchgear to prevent condensation.
c. Altitude:
The altitude of the location where the switchgear is used shall not exceed 2000m. If the switchgear is installed in an area above an altitude of 2000m, the equipment should be correspondingly reduced in capacity for operation.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the primary design advantages of MNS switchgear?
MNS switchgear features a highly flexible modular design that allows for the installation of various electrical components. It supports both fixed and withdrawable components, saves space, offers high installation density, and can be arranged back-to-back while maintaining high reliability and safety.
Which international and national standards does MNS switchgear comply with?
It complies with IEC61439-2 ("Low voltage switchgear and control equipment"), GBIT7251.12 ("Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment"), and GBIT24274 ("Low voltage withdrawable switchgear and control equipment").
What are the environmental temperature limits for operating MNS switchgear?
The ambient temperature should range from a lower limit of -5 ℃ to an upper limit of 40 ℃. Additionally, the average temperature over a 24-hour period should not exceed 35 ℃. Operation at reduced capacity is required if these limits are exceeded.
Can MNS switchgear be installed at high altitudes?
Yes, but the standard installation altitude should not exceed 2000m. If installed at altitudes above 2000m, the switchgear must be operated at a reduced capacity.
What are the maximum electrical ratings for the main busbar?
The main busbar supports a rated current (le) of up to 6300A, a rated peak withstand current (lpk) of up to 220kA, and a rated short-time withstand current (lcw) of up to 100kA.
What IP protection levels does MNS switchgear support?
Depending on the specific working and environmental requirements, MNS switchgear can be configured to support IP30, IP40, IP42, and IP54 protection levels.
