Tianan Electric's Rwanda Mobile Substation Project: Successful Acceptance, Forging a New Chapter in Power Cooperation

2025-10-20

In late September 2025, a delegation comprising the Indian general contractor and owner's representatives for the Rwanda project arrived at Tianan Electric's Ningbo headquarters to conduct the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for two vehicle-mounted Mobile Substations. General Manager Zhu Yongli and Business Manager Joanna warmly welcomed the visiting clients, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere for this crucial acceptance event.

Under the personal guidance of Mr. Zhu, the clients took an in-depth tour of the switchgear production workshop. They gained a comprehensive and close-up understanding of the entire production process of switchgears, from raw material processing to finished product assembly. Previously, Tianan Electric had already established a fruitful cooperative journey with the clients in projects involving main transformers, auxiliary transformers, and Grounding Transformers. These projects were not only successfully shipped but also laid a solid foundation for the acceptance work of the current mobile substation project. It is worth noting that for the newly signed contract for four 110kV main transformers, all technical drawings have been confirmed, and relevant production work is progressing steadily according to the set plan, demonstrating Tianan's high efficiency and rigorousness in project execution.

The FAT process for the vehicle-mounted mobile substations was highly efficient. Various performance tests were carried out in an orderly manner. The test results fully met the requirements of the technical agreement, with some key indicators even surpassing expectations and reaching industry-leading levels. After the successful completion of the acceptance work, the clients spoke highly of the excellent performance and stable quality of Tianan's products. They also gave great praise to the professionalism and efficient collaboration ability demonstrated by the project team, fully recognizing Tianan's comprehensive strength in technology research and development, production and manufacturing, and project management.

The smooth implementation of the Rwanda mobile substation project stands as another successful example of Tianan Electric's export of technical capabilities. Through this cooperation, Tianan not only showcased its full-process service capabilities from research and development to project delivery but also further deepened strategic mutual trust with the clients and partners.

Looking ahead, Tianan Electric will strictly adhere to the clients' requirements and efficiently complete the subsequent shipping and delivery tasks to ensure the project is implemented on time and with high quality. Meanwhile, taking this cooperation as an opportunity, Tianan will continue to expand its cooperative space with various parties. By joining hands with all stakeholders, Tianan aims to contribute more value to global power infrastructure construction and drive the vigorous development of the global Power Industry.
