India Customer's Mid-term Acceptance and Business Negotiation for Rwanda Project Concluded Successfully
From May 6th to 8th, 2025, Mr. John, the Technology Department Manager of Indian power engineering general contracting company, visited our company to conduct the mid-term acceptance and business negotiation for the Rwanda power equipment project. The focus of this visit was on the production status of our core products, including mobile substations, Power Transformers, indoor gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS), and armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear.

Accompanied by our Foreign Trade Manager Joanna, the customer first visited our transformer workshop to see the entire production line, covering key production processes such as silicon steel sheet processing, core stacking, coil winding, insulation treatment, and assembly of the main body. He conducted strict size measurement and performance tests on the main transformer, auxiliary transformer, and Grounding Transformer under the contract and gave high praise to the product's process quality and production progress.
During the meeting on the morning of the 8th, the customer raised questions and objections regarding some technical data of the mobile substation. In response, Mr. Zhu, our General Manager and Chief Designer, attached great importance to the issue. With his profound technical expertise and rich project experience, he had an in-depth exchange and detailed answers with the customer, and also showcased relevant successful cases and discussed optimization plans. After full communication, both parties reached a consensus on the technical issues, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

After the meeting, Mr. Zhu personally led John to visit our switchgear workshop and introduced the current contract progress in detail. In the achievement display area, John gained a detailed understanding of the entire production process and focused on key links such as the quality control of the switchgear cabinet shell, precise control of temperature and humidity, efficient and accurate welding operations by welding robots, strict detection of gas leakage, and strict testing of the final draft products. During the visit, John highly praised our company's factory scale, production capacity, quality system, and professional quality of personnel. He expressed on the spot that he would establish a long-term cooperative relationship with our company, join hands to further develop the overseas market, and achieve win-win cooperation.
In the future, our company will continue to adhere to the spirit of continuous improvement, constantly improve product quality and service level, fully leverage the advantages of both sides, promote the long-term development of the enterprise, create a more internationally competitive brand, and provide better products and services for customers worldwide.
