Vehicle-mounted Mobile Substations Dispatched to Rwanda
December 3, 2025 – Tian'an successfully delivered two self-developed Mobile Substation units to Rwanda, further cementing its industry benchmark status as the first Chinese enterprise to export vehicle-mounted Mobile Substations. The shipment follows completion of rigorous factory testing, joint acceptance procedures, and final optimization rectification.
The project, spanning several months of design and production, passed a comprehensive factory acceptance inspection in October by representatives from the Rwandan client and general contractor. After addressing minor optimization requests, the units were validated to meet all contractual technical requirements, securing final delivery approval.

Given the large size and heavy weight of this batch of equipment, after thorough communication with the customer and obtaining their final confirmation, the choice of using bulk cargo ships for sea transportation was made. This approach represents a safe and cost-effective option, continuing our company's proven experience and professional arrangements in the export transportation of large-scale power equipment.
The mobile substations feature rapid response, flexible deployment, and reliable safety performance, making them ideal for emergency grid repairs, temporary load expansion, and regional power security applications. Their deployment will significantly enhance local power supply stability and resilience in Rwanda.

Building on its technical foundation and project experience, Tian'an remains committed to deepening international energy cooperation. The company will continue supporting global power infrastructure development and upgrades through high-quality products and full-cycle services, demonstrating the strength and responsibility of Chinese manufacturing on the world stage.
