AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Tianan provides comprehensive service, covers equipment installation supervision, commissioning guidance, commissioning, repair and maintenance, customer training, dedicated to serve customer with complete product assurance, adhere to the service tenet of “customer first, service foremost”. Provide customer with oriented and professional product training and site operation.
Should quality issues rises during installation or operation, we guarantee to give a reply within two hours. If it is necessary to dispatch personnel to solve the problem, ensure that personnel will be dispatched within 48 hours. And ensure that the service personnel will not be withdrawn until the quality problem is solved.
The products of our company are guaranteed to be maintained for life. During the warranty period, our company will replace the damages caused by the quality of our equipment free of charge. Outside the warranty period, we will assist the customer to repair and maintain the equipment provided and provide components and services at the most favorable price.
