VT19-40.5 type indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker is indoor switchgear, used in three phase 50Hz/60Hz, 35kV electric power system. It is a control and protective unit, applied in electric facilities of industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substation. Standards
The break circuit meets the requirements of GB1984 "HV AC circuit breaker", JB3855"HV AC vacuum circuit breaker" and relevant IEC standards. It has reliable interlocking function, and can be used as both handcart unit and fixed unit.

Structure
● Main structure
The circuit breaker adopts integrated structure. The design of operating mechanism and main conductive circuit are front and rear layout respectively. Operating mechanism has modular design, compact structure and stable performance. Main conductive circuit part has three choices of different types of poles: environment-friendly high strength nylon embedded pole, APG process epoxy resin sealed pole and composite insulated ordinary pole. Solid insulated and composite insulated pole both greatly reduce the accumulation of dust on the outer surface of the arc-extinguishing chamber. In particular, solid insulated pole plays a role in protecting the vacuum interrupter and anti-external arc.
● The structure of the operating mechanism
The operating mechanism is spring energy storage operating mechanism, installed under circuit breaker. The device is the inherent component of circuit breaker, provided with stored energy part, transmission part, closing and opening units of tripping part is composed with one or several tripping electromagnet auxiliary switch, indicators, etc. There are closing-opening button, manual energy-stored handle hole, closing-opening indicators of spring energy-stored condition on the front of device. This monolithic construction reduces unnecessary intermediate link, lowers energy consumption and noise, and realizes reasonable mechanical efficiency, and stability and superior strength and stiffness, so that ensure excellent, stable and reliable mechanical characteristics of circuit breaker.
