XGN(XGTD10)-40.5 indoor gas insulation metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is a switchgear that seals high-voltage components such as vacuum circuit breakers, isolating switches, load switches, fuses, etc. in a metal shell, using SF6 gas as the insulation medium.

    General

    The switchgear adopts modular design and is arranged according to different main wiring schemes to achieve convenient combination of common shell or expandable units, which can meet the needs of various substations for compact switchgear. Suitable for 35kV ring network power supply lines or radiation power supply lines with high requirements for power supply reliability. It is particularly suitable for industrial, commercial, and residential areas with small power load capacity but high node density. It is also suitable for installation in pre installed (combination) substations, prefabricated cabin switch stations, and wind turbine towers. This switchgear has the characteristics of reasonable design (diverse modules, convenient combination, easy operation), high safety and reliability, small size, minimal maintenance, and strong environmental adaptability.

    Functional modularization, including load switch unit (C), load switch+fuse combination electrical unit (F), circuit breaker unit (V), metering cabinet unit (M), busbar PT unit (PT), etc. The switchgear can be combined into a fixed ring network switchgear with a common shell type that cannot be expanded through various standard unit modules (up to 6 units can be shared in the same SF6 insulated gas tank). Different module combinations can also be designed as expandable units, and multiple forms of combinations can be achieved through dedicated fully insulated and fully shielded busbar connectors, achieving full modularization and meeting the needs of different regions, forms, and customers to the maximum extent, providing diversified power supply and distribution design solutions.

    The user interface and cable wiring are located at the front end of the cabinet, making it convenient for users to operate. The operation panel instructions are clear, simple, and easy to understand, and the interlocking is reliable, which can effectively prevent and avoid mis-operation.

    ● High safety and reliability
    ● The primary live part and switch body are sealed in a stainless steel gas chamber and connected to the outside through a bushing, avoiding direct contact with the live body; The equipment has reliable pressure release devices and channels, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment in the event of a malfunction; Having a complete mechanical interlocking device can prevent mis-operation to the greatest extent possible.

    ● Fully Insulated and Sealed Design
    The primary live part (main busbar) of the switchgear and the switch body are sealed in a stainless steel welded gas tank. The main circuit is connected to the outside through a bushing installed on the gas chamber that complies with DIN47636 standard. It can be connected to the incoming and outgoing cables through a fully insulated and fully shielded detachable connector. The protection level of the gas chamber reaches IP67, and the interior of the gas chamber is not affected by the external environment, with short-term flood and condensation resistance functions.

    ● Less maintenance
    High voltage insulation is not affected by external environment and is not easily aged; Adopting maintenance free vacuum (arc extinguishing chamber) switches; Almost maintenance free, long lifecycle, and low operating costs.

    ● Strong environmental adaptability
    The high-voltage component is sealed inside an inflatable metal shell, making it particularly suitable for harsh environments such as high altitude, severe cold, humidity, salt spray, and pollution.

    ● Product structure
    ● Basic Structure
    This switchgear is composed of a gas chamber and a cabinet frame as a whole (see the external structural diagram). Generally, the primary live parts are sealed in the gas chamber and filled with SF6 gas with a gauge pressure of 0.05MPa as insulation and arc extinguishing medium; The cabinet frame plays the role of supporting the gas tank, protective mechanism and installing anime devices. The gas chamber is welded with magnetic stainless steel plates, the frame is processed and formed with aluminum zinc coated plates, and then spliced with high-strength fasteners. The cabinet door is processed and formed with cold-rolled steel plates, and then coated with powder, plastic or paint for anti-corrosion and beautification.

    This switchgear can be divided into four main compartments: switch room (gas tank), cable room, mechanism room, and instrument room. The bottom of the switch room is equipped with a pressure release device. When an arc fault occurs inside, causing an increase in pressure inside the tank, high-pressure gas will be released outward through a dedicated channel of the pressure release device, ensuring the safety of personnel and other equipment.

    High voltage components mainly consist of vacuum circuit breakers, load switches, isolation switches, earthing switches, fuses, etc. The vacuum circuit breaker adopts a three-phase vertical layout, with a sealing flange as the installation reference and sealing interface. It is equipped with an electric spring operating mechanism on the outside, which is three pole linked and can be operated both electrically and manually. The load switch adopts a blowing cooling structure with extremely strong arc extinguishing ability, arranged vertically in three phases, and equipped with a flat spiral spring on the outside of the gas chamber for energy storage control. The three pole linkage mechanism can be electric or manual. The structure and layout of the isolation switch are the same as the load switch, and a flat spiral spring energy storage control is also used on the outside. The earthing switch can be installed on the load switch bracket and isolation switch bracket, or installed separately and controlled by compressing the spring energy storage. The fuse is directly installed in a dedicated insulation cylinder, which is safe and reliable.

    Mechanism and secondary instruments are installed on the front of the cabinet. Each high-voltage switch component is equipped with a corresponding operating mechanism, which directly displays the switch operation position and status on the front panel of the cabinet. This switchgear has a complete five prevention interlocking function. The switch operation hole is equipped with a hanging lock hole. Mechanical and electrical interlocks are installed between the load switch-earthing switch-cable room door and circuit breaker-isolation switch-cable room door, effectively preventing misoperation.
