General
The XGN (XGTD6)-12(24) type indoor gas insulation metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is a medium-voltage switchgear with gas insulation. It is characterized by rational design, high reliability, small size, maintenance-free operation, and strong environmental adaptability.

    General

    The primary live parts and switches of the switchgear are enclosed in a stainless steel casing, which protects them from external environmental influences. The switchgear employs a modular design, allowing for arbitray arrangement according to different design schemes to achieve combinations of common-box and expandable units. This meets the demand for compact switchgear in various secondary distribution substation. It can be widely applied in small secondary distribution stations, box-type switchgear stations, industrial and mining enterprises, airport, railways, commercial district, high-rise building, highways, subways, tunnels and other places with harsh natural conditions.

                                            Monthly average is not more than 90%;
    c. Altitude: ≤4000m (if the equipment runs above 1000m, please specify it so that the inflation pressure can be adjusted during         manufacture) ;
    d. Seismic grade: the seismic intensity shall not exceed grade 8;
    e. There shall be no Corrosive, flammable gases or other pollution.

    ● Fully insulated and sealed design
    The primary live part (main bus) of the panel and switch itself are sealed in the gas tank of welded stainless steel plate. The main circuit is connected to external through DIN47636 standard bushing that installed on the gas tank. It can also be connected to input and output cable by full insulation, shielding all full sealed separable connector. And protection grade of the gas tank box reach IP67. The inside of the gas tank is not affected by the external environment. It also has the short-term resistance function of flood and condensation.
