    Structure features

    Housing structure
    • a. Substation skeleton was embalmed channel steel and angle steel manufacturing, and has sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity;
    • b. The shell material can be made of cold rolled steel plates, stainless steel plate, composite color plate , aluminum alloy plate or glass fiber reinforced cement;
    • c. Substation using steel plate isolation between each room, and have a lighting device;
    • d. Substation cover is a double-layer structure, and can effectively prevent the heat radiation;
    • e. Transformer room is divided into open and closed two structure. The open structure of the radiator of a transformer in an outdoor.and can effectively utilize natural wind to dissipate heat; Closed type structure of the transformer room has independent chamber.and is provided with an automatic air exhausting device, used to control the temperature of transformer room;
    • f. Housing door of substation adopts the low temperature type seal, and in low temperature environment can also achieve good sealing effect;
    • g. Surface paint of substation with high temperature paint handling, that can effectively delay the aging caused by ultraviolet ray paint;
    • h. The housing has a variety of colors to choose, so that it with the environment is harmonious.
    HV Unit
    • a. Various types of high-voltage switchgear can be used in the high-voltage compartment, such as XGTD9, HXGN11, XGTD6, (H)XGTD10, etc., with compact structure and convenient combination. Users can choose different switchgear according to own requirements;
    • b. The high-voltage switchgear has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation & operation and strong reliability;
    • c. The switchgear has the complete prevention of erroneous operation function, to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel.
    Transformer Unit
    • a. Transformer using S9-M, S11-M oil immersed transformer or SCB dry type transformer;
    • b. The transformer has the advantages of small volume, convenient maintenance;
    • c. Transformer room has a good natural ventilation, or through automatic control fan to exhaust air force to reduce the temperature of the room;
    • d. The use of flexible connections between the low-voltage side terminal of the transformer and the busbar can effectively protect the low-voltage bushings of the transformer, preventing them from cracking or oil leakage.
    LV Unit
    • a. GGD, GCS and GCK series produced by our company can be selected for LV switchgear;
    • b. Metering, measuring and capacitance automatic compensation devices can be set according to users requirements;
    • c. Other schemes can be confirmed by engineer according to user requirements.
    Distribution network automation unit
    • a. Use automation terminal equipment, which are optimized to take full account of the hard operating environment of wind power transformer and photovoltaic substation.
